Our innovative coaching methods incorporate a deep understanding of individual differences and a wide range of high impact tools. The coaching is delivered in the context of a confidential relationship between the coach and client, noteworthy for the interpersonal trust that is built to support the success of the process. When agreed to by all parties in the initial contracting phase, the organization also receives high-level information about the opportunity areas that are being worked on through the coaching process and may receive periodic updates on the client’s progress.

Once a coaching process has been initiated, the coach will meet with the new client as well as his/her supervisor to ensure the process objectives, roles and informational boundaries are clearly established. While each coaching process is customized to the needs of each client and his/her organization, the process will typically include:

• A data-driven assessment process that identifies emotional, cognitive and behavioral patterns that have relevance to current and future performance

 

 

• Collection of 360-degree feedback from key stakeholders

• Creation of a detailed action plan that emphasizes realistic and sustainable change, building strengths and effecting positive change

• One or more three-way sessions with the client’s supervisor to garner input and support for the client’s change process as well as reinforce the supervisor’s role in contributing to that change

• Some number of intensive coaching sessions that include the building of new knowledge, skills and attitudes based on our extensive, multi-faceted experience with the techniques that create lasting individual change
