M.J. has created a retreat series entitled CORE Leadership. The 3-day offsite retreats are designed to help leaders understand how to lead more powerfully and leverage their talents in their current positions. M.J. holds doctoral and masters degrees in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin. He received his coaches training from the Coaches Training Institute. M.J. is an adjunct professor at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology, where he teaches strategies for personal and professional development. He’s a member of both the International Coaching Federation and the American Psychology Association. |
